Lectures and leadership development for businesses

A management team can be professionally strong and still talk past each other under pressure. A team can know its values and still struggle to make them visible when collaborating. An entrepreneur can create growth and momentum, while the direction gradually becomes less clear.

I work with the transition from insight and knowledge to visible practice.

The goal is for new perspectives to be noticeable in the conversations, decisions, and actions that follow. This can lead to clearer leadership, better collaboration, greater stability under pressure, and stronger execution over time.

  • Lectures and workshops

Concrete, practically-oriented lectures on communication, active listening, identity, and human change, tailored to your industry and challenges. I develop the content based on your business, target audience, and the situations that matter most, ensuring the lecture is relevant and applicable.

  • Leadership Development

Structured processes for new leaders, experienced leaders, and talents moving into greater responsibility. The work can combine instruction, reflection, practical training, and individual coaching. The goal is greater self-insight, clearer communication, and a leadership style that works when dealing with real people and situations.

  • Team and cultural development

Development processes for teams and leadership groups that want to collaborate and perform well over time. We work with communication, relationships, roles, psychological safety, and how the team collectively addresses pressure, disagreement, and adversity.

  • Ongoing advisory services and leadership coaching

A steady sparring partner for leaders and entrepreneurs experiencing growth, transitions, challenging relationships, or significant strategic decisions. A long-term collaboration provides continuity, familiarity with the context, and precise support as new situations arise.

Selected assignments and results

Oslo Police District, Arrest Section

I gave a lecture to the arrest section as part of their leadership development seminar, focusing on active listening and dialogue. According to their own feedback, participants gained a clear practical understanding of how this functions in a leadership role.

"We gained a greater understanding of the topic with a special practical approach that made it easy to see the relevance and utility of this in the leadership role. Peter clearly cares about the topics and is knowledgeable and engaging."
Oslo Police District, Arrest Section

ISS Trainee Program

I conducted individual conversations and team coaching as part of ISS's trainee program. The goal was to help the trainees work concretely on their own direction and development and give them a clearer foundation for further development as leaders.

Vanir Esport

I worked with all of Vanir's digital teams over several years, with workshops and hundreds of coaching conversations with management, players, and support staff from 2021 to 2025. This work helped the organization to stably position itself in the top tier of Norwegian esport.

"Peter has helped our team to overcome many problems like ego issues, stress or anxiety during our official games."
Flash, esport coach at Vanir

SAVA Solutions

Founder and CEO Osborn Irabor has described my work as crucial in creating clarity in thought patterns that were difficult to see oneself, with a direct impact on organization, productivity, communication, and peace of mind.

NAV Fredrikstad and the Gaming Competence Project

In 2023, I led a publicly funded pilot project investigating how competence built through gaming can be transferred to working life. The study gathered 547 responses, of which 522 were valid, from The Gathering, Norway's largest digital gaming event, and pointed to clear correlations in digital skills, communication adaptation, creative team thinking, and the ability to handle adversity.

I then developed a workshop methodology that helped young participants translate this competence into work language and self-understanding. In a pilot project with NAV Fredrikstad, participants who the day before had found it difficult to mention a single positive thing about their own work competence were able to formulate and present their own contribution after just 90 minutes. A continued pilot supported 25 participants, of whom 15 went on to a longer work experience program. Several of them are now employed.

You can read more about the project at AOF Østlandet.

This is my strongest example of my own methodology: identifying hidden competence and making it visible and usable, both for the individual and for the system around them.

How I work with businesses

I begin by understanding what you actually want to achieve, who the work should create value for, and which situations matter most in your daily work.

Then I develop a program with the right content, format, and level. This could be a lecture, a workshop, a leadership process, team development, or ongoing consulting.

I combine academic precision with language and a working style that people can relate to. Participants should understand the topic, perceive it as relevant, and be able to use what they learn in concrete conversations, choices, and actions in their daily lives.

Let's clarify your needs

Briefly describe your business, your current situation, and what you aim to achieve.

I will personally review your inquiry and contact you to clarify target audience, format, scope, and appropriate next steps. Afterwards, you will receive a customized proposal.
