What NLP is actually about

NLP stands for Neuro-Linguistic Programming and is about the connection between attention, language, internal state, and action.

You learn to notice how people organize thoughts and experiences, how communication creates connection or distance, and how small changes in language and perspective can open up new possibilities for action.

This gives you a more precise picture of both yourself and the people you meet.

The knowledge is practiced as practical skills in the teaching. You see demonstrations, practice with others, and receive direct feedback along the way.

Practitioner or Master Practitioner?

  • NLP Practitioner

    This is the foundational training that provides you with the academic and practical basis for understanding the structure behind human behavior.

    Among other things, you will practice:

    • rapport and contact
    • observation of communication signals
    • representation systems
    • sensory experiences
    • anchoring and state work
    • reframing
    • the metamodel and the Milton model
    • goals and desired outcomes

    Concepts are introduced through practical situations and translated into skills you can use in everyday life.

    Format: Nine in-person course days

    License: NLP Practitioner through The Society of NLP

  • NLP Master Practitioner

    This is the specialization for those who already have Practitioner certification and want greater freedom, precision, and flexibility in how they work.

    Here we delve deeper into:

    • language patterns
    • metaprograms
    • hypnosis
    • advanced communication strategies
    • combinations of models and techniques
    • more independent and improvised change work

    At the Master level, you move from following techniques to understanding the structures behind them.

How to learn
